Description

The skid steer grader is a versatile, high-precision earthmoving attachment built for fast, efficient site work on highways, farms and construction lots. It handles ground leveling, excavation, trenching, slope shaping, snow removal, soil loosening, compaction, material spreading and land reclamation all in one unit. The adjustable scraper sits between axles and supports lifting, tilting, rotating and extending movements for ultra-accurate grading. Mounted on a rotary slewing ring with triangular brackets and dual hydraulic cylinders, the blade flexibly shifts to carve road ditches, build embankment slopes, mix paving aggregate, clear snow, push gravel and maintain dirt roads. Its responsive hydraulic controls deliver smooth, precise operation for all residential, municipal and agricultural projects.

Hydraulic Adjustable Blade

The scraper blade is supported by lifting & tilting hydraulic cylinders and a rotary slewing ring. It can lift, rotate, tilt and extend sideways freely. Operators can easily dig side ditches, build uniform slopes and spread gravel with ultra-smooth, accurate control, delivering flat, consistent ground surfaces without repeated rework.

Heavy-Duty Stable Frame

Adopts reinforced triangular bracket structure paired with heavy-duty slewing ring. The stable support system eliminates shaking and deflection under heavy loads when grading rocky compacted soil. Thick steel body and full welding ensure strong impact resistance for long-term daily commercial use.

Multi-Functional Design

This grader works perfectly for highway road construction, farmland renovation, municipal road maintenance and landscaping projects, replacing multiple single-function tools to cut your equipment costs.

Universal & Easy to Use

Designed to match most mainstream skid steer loaders with standard quick hitch.

Operation Instructions for the Grader Machine

  1. Operators must be trained, pass the examination, and obtain a valid special operations certificate before they can start work. Before operating, the operator should clearly understand the machine's main performance, operating techniques, and maintenance methods.
  2. The rotation of the scraper, adjustment of the cutting angle, and tilting towards the outside of the machine must be done when the machine is stopped. The lifting range of the scraper should not be too large during the operation.
  3. When parking on a slope, the front of the machine should face downhill, and the blade should be gently pressed into the ground.
  4. It is strictly prohibited to shut off the diesel engine and drive in neutral gear when driving downhill.
  5. Except for the driver's cabin, no one should ride in any other place during the operation.
  6. When encountering hard soil, it should be loosened before starting the operation.
  7. During operation, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to stand in front or on either side of the scraper.
